Water-soluble Coolant Oil for WEDM X-998

Instructions for use

Before first use, please follow the instruction.

Please add the original liquid and water in proportion when filling the liquid. While mixing, dilute in a ratio of 1 part fluid to 5.5 parts water. Ordinary tap water can be used to mix with the working fluid. Don’t use well water, hard water, unclean water, or other mixture. Purified water is recommended.

Mixing Ratio:

X-998 : Water = 1:5 to 8

Please use a magnet to hold the workpiece before processing to avoid falling and breaking the molybdenum wire.
The original cutting fluid and solution should be poured clean and thoroughly cleaned in the water tank, first rinse with water, and then prepare a certain concentration ratio of cutting fluid solution.
Please add new fluid to the tank. Make sure to use the mixed fluid when the water levels fall, keep the concentration stays at 11%-12%. Ensure that the replacement is the same type of cutting fluid, and can not be replaced at will.
When working for a long time, please replace the new fluid in time. This can guarantee machining precision.
If installing a filterable water-cycling system or filter in the work table and water tank inlet, the working fluid will be much cleaner and the useful life will be longer.
